Project Description
In 1989, the Greater Richmond Interfaith Program, a consortium of 27 churches in the greater Richmond area, helped EBH acquire and subsequently constructed an eight unit duplex housing project located on 2nd Street in Richmond. EBH completed the project, named Spencer Court, on April 24, 1993.
