Windows

All windows must be dual pane with seals intact (no between-pane condensation). Items must be undamaged with near perfect cosmetics. All parts necessary for operation need to be provided. If windows were formerly installed, they must have been removed properly so that they can be reused. Aluminum clad and metal windows must be prequalified before acceptance.
