Doors and Door/Window Hardware

Doors must be solid interior or exterior doors. We do not accept hollow core doors. Doors must have good cosmetics without damage.

Sliding closet and pocket doors must be prequalified before acceptance. Door hardware must be undamaged with near perfect cosmetics.

Lockset and latches must include all parts that are necessary for use.
